With our centenary celebrations soon coming to an end we have to mention the amazing efforts of Year 5 pupil, Violet. She wanted to help St Michael’s raise the funds required to install beautiful new windows in our Chapel to bring light and colour to this very special space and to celebrate the school’s 100 years.

Violet has raised a staggering £10,000!!!

She set herself the task of swimming 50 lengths every day in August, asking for sponsorship from her family and friends. It was a huge commitment for a 9 year old and one that she delivered with aplomb.

Wow Violet, what an achievement! Your efforts will help to create a lasting legacy in our much loved Chapel.
