A lovely service of Remembrance at St. Margaret’s Church, the Senior Choir sang beautifully and filled the Church with their voices.

Being shortlisted this year firstly for Independent Pre Prep School of the Year and secondly for Independent School of the Year for Performing Arts (Music & Drama) is great recognition for St M’s.
But our school wouldn’t be what it is without our parents who support us every step of the way, and that’s why we want to ask each and every one of you to complete the Parent Survey that has been sent out to you today via Engage!
The deadline for feedback is MONDAY 14TH NOVEMBER so action today!

Welcome back to an exciting term full of Christmas cheer, jingle bells and sparkle. But before we delight in the nativity plays, Christingle and the Christmas Bazaar, we look forward to welcoming previous pupils back to talk to current pupils about their time here at St Michael’s. We also have sport fixtures aplenty, informal music concerts, choral recitals, outdoor education days and all the other various clubs and activities our pupils are involved in.
And please do complete the parent questionnaire when it is sent out – we want to hear from you.
Here’s to a great term!

In celebration of our centenary, a 1920s day took place on the last day of term and proved great fun for pupils and teachers alike! The children played an array of different traditional games in the playground and used slate and chalk for lessons in the classroom. Pupils with a drama lesson that day also got into the 1920s mindset with help from Mrs Thomas and Mrs Russell!

This is a short video taken by our Art Co ordinator Mrs Hankey last month. It was a very exciting day as she was delivering last year’s Form 6 wire sculptures to The National Gallery, for this Summer’s Take One Picture School’s exhibition. We are very excited to share this news with the school community today – More details will follow on facebook and on our main feed later in the day.
