Our Form 5 and 6 Art teacher, @clairehankeyartist had an inspirational meeting with Sharon Walters, also known as London_artist1. Form 6 will be studying Sharon’s recent series of work ‘Seeing Ourselves’ and creating their own collage cut out portraits. The series celebrates black women and explores issues around under-representation mainly in western art, heritage and media.
