Children’s Mental Health Week saw the children express themselves through their clothing. On Friday pupils were asked to make a choice of wearing a favourite outfit or costume, or one that reflects a particular hobby/skill that they have or, choose a colour or costume that reflects their emotions and who they are as a person.

Hudson in 1S said he wanted to be a cuddle monster and through his mum’s talented sewing ability, a cuddle monster costume was brought to life! 😊

Thank you to all our children who made a considerable effort to express themselves and raise money for a great charity – Place2Be.

Christingle is one of the highlights of the St Michael’s school year and never fails to move everyone that attends.

Parents with children who have just moved up into Prep this year have their first magical experience whilst Year 6 parents acknowledge this is their child’s last Christingle before the move to secondary school. It is safe to say everyone, pupils, parents and teachers alike, know that Christingle is special and unique to our School.

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Pupils were chosen by their peripatetic music teachers to perform in the Year 3-6 informal concert, if they felt their student had really come on leaps and bounds, regardless of whether a beginner or a seasoned pro!

Head of Music, Miss Tucker has held informal concerts at the school for many years which are just one of the ways St Michael’s instills confidence, pride, and self-belief in our pupils.
