Year 5 residential – pupils braved the weather today and explored the local woodland identifying vertebrates and invertebrates.
After enjoying the packed lunch they made themselves, the children then went pond dipping and learnt how to use electrical microscopes.
Everyone has worked so well in different groups, sharing resources and helping one another through the day.
We’re all looking forward to the tuck shop and campfire activities this evening before an early night! 😴
